In total I asked eleven people from different groups,in order to get a wide range of results.
This result shows that most of the people involved in answering questionnaire were female, with a smaller number of males taking the questionnaire. However it should be noted, that there is only a ten percent difference between male and female results.
This graph shows that the majority of answers to our questionnaire were given by the 16 - 20 age group. A significant but smaller number were also received from the 41+ group. With the majority of our answers obtained from the 16 - 20 category we can maintain the idea of our target audience being teenagers and young people.
Most of the responses received stated that the participants in the survey watched at least one film every week. This indicates that the majority of people have an interest in watching films regularly, and will have some interest in watching our film.
Also many of the respondents have said that they enjoy watching films.Which would indicate that they are likely to enjoy viewing our film.
Most of our respondents stated that they view films via Cinema, and television. We will take this in to consideration when deciding in what way to distribute our film.
Most of the Respondents here say that they enjoy watching Sci-Fi films. The Sci-Fi Genre is likely to be the main focus of our ideas for a film. So this is a good sign for us as it shows that people have a keen interest in sci-fi films.
An overwhelming majority of people indicate that they would watch a short film that is 5 minutes in duration.Again this is good news for us, as it shows many people will be willing to watch the production.
Many people said they would not pay to watch a 5 minute film.Although this will have no effect on any of our decisions, as we will not require people to pay. We asked this question to test how far the audience would go to view our production.
